At Taxstuff.in, we strive to provide our users with accurate, timely, and value-driven services through our platform and mobile app, TaxStuff360. However, if you are not satisfied with our services, we offer a transparent and fair refund policy as detailed below.

1. Digital Products and Services

Due to the nature of digital services, we do not generally offer refunds after a service has been rendered, such as:

  • Document submissions

  • Filing support

  • Appointment scheduling

  • Compliance calendar usage

  • Notifications or reminder services

However, exceptions can be made under the following conditions:

Eligible Refund Scenarios

  • Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged more than once for the same service, we will process a full refund for the duplicate transaction.

  • Service Failure: If a technical issue on our part prevents the completion of a paid service, and the issue is not resolved within 7 working days, you may request a full or partial refund.

  • Unauthorized Transaction: If you notice any unauthorized transaction, report it within 72 hours of occurrence for investigation and resolution.

2. Refund Process

To initiate a refund request, please email us at support@taxstuff.in with the following details:

  • Name and registered mobile/email

  • Order/Transaction ID

  • Date of transaction

  • Reason for refund request

All refund requests will be reviewed and responded to within 5–7 working days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

3. Non-Refundable Services

  • Services where the filing or consultation has already commenced or been completed

  • Subscription plans after 7 days of activation

  • Custom compliance solutions or calendar exports provided in Excel or integrated formats

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Users may cancel their subscription within 7 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund, provided no service has been utilized within this period.

  • After this period, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund, but you may continue using the service until the end of your billing cycle.
